I am so happy with the service I got at HugePC. However, when calling to find out about my laptop, the lady would put me through to the technical department and the phone would just ring with no answer. It was quite frustrating after a few tries, but I am happy with their work and in-store service.

Amaizing Service. Candice Herman (Sales) is amaizing, i sent an email for a battery replacement, she made plans and got me the battery in les than 24 hours, INSTALLED into the pc.The team upstairs very friendly and efficient. Well Done.

Very helpful , hade a water-damaged laptop , didn't have a means of travel , they picked it up from my address , free of charge and didn't charge me anything for the quotation , unfortunately it was unecconmical to repair but still props to them for the effort they did would always recommend them
