Shipping Costs:

 

  • Major Centres: R150, insured and trackable to your door.

Additional Information:

 

  • Each order includes up to one screen and one case. Additional items may incur extra shipping fees, and you will be notified accordingly.
  • Very large or heavy items may also have additional shipping charges. In such cases, we’ll contact you to discuss options, including order cancellation or arranging your own couriers.

  • Shipping costs during checkout are calculated based on your address. Major centres include Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Port Elizabeth, Polokwane/Pietersburg, and Pretoria.

Shipping Policy:

 

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes; please provide your residential or work address.
  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days, with an additional 1 to 2 days for outlying areas.
  • In case of any delivery delays, we will promptly notify you via email.
  • Every shipped product is insured. If a product doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund, with no need to wait for an insurance claim.

Returns Policy (Non-faulty Products):

 

  • Unsatisfied clients can return a purchase within seven days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs and a restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued only for unopened products returned with all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and any other materials from the original purchase.
  • Sealed products incur a 15% restocking fee; opened or incomplete returns have a 25% restocking fee. Goods must be in a resalable condition.
  • Software and consumables can only be returned if unopened.
  • Repackage products in their original packaging for return. We recommend insuring and securely packaging shipped items to avoid damages in transit.

Returns/Warranty Policy (Faulty Products):

 

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer’s original one-year warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • Initiate the RMA process for faulty products during the warranty period.
  • The final decision on swap-outs/repairs is made by the manufacturer, distributor, or importer.
  • Data recovery is not covered by the warranty; ensure important data is backed up.
  • Products will be credited against their current or most recent retail price.
  • We guarantee at least a 1-year warranty on all products, with a few exceptions mentioned above.
